For cafés, restaurants, hotels, clinics, shops
The reply to a Google review is written before you ask for it: three finished drafts in your tone for every new review. You pick one and post it. From €49 a month.
We waited 40 minutes for two coffees. Staff were polite, but I'm not coming back on a Saturday afternoon.
How it works
Two minutes on day one. After that, one click per review.
Once. Connect Google, or forward the "new review" emails to an address we give you. Nothing to install; it works from your phone.
You, onceEvery new review arrives on its own with three finished drafts. If it is 1–3 stars, you get an email the same day with the reply inside.
AutomaticKeep one as it is, change a word, or throw them all away. Only what you click gets published.

Five reviews, five replies the way ReplyOne writes them. The names are invented; the rules are real.
Wonderful moussaka, home cooking, and Mr Giannis always with a smile. We will be back!
Maria, thank you so much! The moussaka is our mother's recipe and we're glad you could tell. Mr Giannis sends his regards — see you again in Psyrri.
Why this way: Names the place and the area once, answers what was written, no offer.
Why this way: Replies in the language of the review, owns the problem without excuses, takes the conversation off the platform.
I waited an hour with an appointment and then the doctor saw me for five minutes. Not going back.
Thank you for your comment. We are sorry for every time the waiting time at the practice is not what it should be. For anything you would like to tell us, please call — we will discuss it privately.
Why this way: Does not confirm she was a patient, mentions no visit or diagnosis, speaks about the practice in general. Enforced in code.
My son raised his maths grades within one term. A bit pricey, but worth it.
Mr Kostas, thank you warmly. Progress in maths is always the work of the student and the teacher together — we are glad you can see it. We are here for whatever is needed for the rest of the year.
Why this way: Does not name the student, does not comment on the price, promises no discount.
Nice clothes but my order took ten days and nobody answered my messages.
Sofia, you're right and we apologise: ten days without a reply is not acceptable. If you like, send us your order number so we can see what happened.
Why this way: Apologises for the specific thing, promises no fix it cannot vouch for, no discount, no refund.
What it does
Fifteen things, four jobs. Open whichever matters to you.
Three drafts for every review, in the customer's language and the tone you chose.
What you did not say, it does not write. What it writes, you approve.
The link, the QR and the card that ask for the review at the moment the customer is happy.
Once a week you know what your customers said and you have a post ready.
Safety
Autopilot is off until you switch it on, and only for 4–5 star reviews on Google, during business hours. 1–3 stars always wait for you.
Even if you type them into the settings yourself. The filter has no exceptions — a reply with a discount in it is one click away from your public profile.
No reply confirms a patient, a diagnosis or a student. The code enforces it, not an instruction that could be ignored.
Google requires your specific and express consent for every reply. "Pick one, post it" is exactly that. Read the policy →

They read a reply that mentions what they wrote, your business and your area, in the tone you chose. And because you pick one of three and change whatever you like, the voice stays yours. See the examples above.
Never, unless you switch on Autopilot yourself — and then only for 4–5 star reviews on Google, during business hours. 1–3 star reviews always wait for your click.
No. Google's policy forbids replies without the owner's specific and express consent — and that is exactly how ReplyOne works. It also never writes offers, ranking keywords or anything else Google removes from replies.
No — and do not believe anyone who tells you otherwise. Neither we nor anyone else can delete reviews. If a review breaks Google's policies (abusive, fake, from someone who was never there) you report it from your profile, but the decision is Google's. What you control is the reply underneath — and that is what the next customers read.
€49 a month including VAT for replies, €99 if you also want your Google profile maintained. Pay yearly and get 20% off. You pay one month at a time and nothing renews on its own: when it ends, you decide. No contract, no notice period. If you pay and do not use it, we refund the full amount within 14 days, by email.
Yes. Every payment comes with an invoice in your company's name. You pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or IRIS via Viva.com — card details never reach us.
To write the reply, the review text and the customer's first name — as they already appear publicly on your profile — are sent to the AI model (Anthropic or OpenAI). Nothing else: not your details, not your customers' details. We sell no data, run no advertising tracking, and everything we keep is deleted with your account. Details in the terms.
It works for any business that gets reviews: taverna, café, bakery, hair salon, hotel, short-term rental, garage, clinic, tutoring school, shop. There is nothing to install and no new software to learn — open a page, pick, post. From your phone too.
